Over 2,000 jobs exposed at job fair for young people in Moldova

Chisinau, 30 May /MOLDPRES/ - Over 50 employers from diverse activity sectors today presented about 2,000 jobs at the ninth issue of the Job Fair for Young People, organized by the Education, Culture and Research Ministry, Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, National Employment Agency and the Chisinau city hall.
The fair was held at the headquarters of the Nicolae Sulac National Palace and the state secretary of the Education, Culture and Research Ministry, Radu Rebeja, attended the opening of the event.
The official highlighted the active participation of young people in the fair and, in this respect, he welcomed their interest in the diversity of job offers presented. At the same time, Rebeja urged young people to take advantage of the fact that they would have possibility to be guided by experts in the field, in order to identify priority fields of professional interest.
The fair’s schedule included discussions and negotiations with enterprises, consultations on opportunities of starting a business, topic-related debates on techniques and ways of looking for a job, processing the employment file, use of innovative instruments of informing and seeking a vacant job.
The Job Fair for Young People is meant for pupils who graduated from lyceums and gymnasiums, young people looking for their first job, as well as employed persons willing to change their job.
