European single currency cheapens slightly against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 05 June /MOLDPRES/ – The European single currency (EUR) and U.S. dollar (USD) cheapen slightly against the Moldovan leu (MDL). The National Bank of Moldova (BNM) has announced for Thursday, 06 June, an exchange rate of MDL 20.46 for €1.

As such, the cost of EUR is MDL 0.04 less than in the early of current week. The value of USD goes down by MDL 0.04 to the cost of MDL 18.17 for $1.

The Romanian leu (RON) maintains its price of MDL 04.32, by MDL 0.03 more than on Monday. The quotations set by the BNM for the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and Russian rouble (RUB) remain unchanged: RUB – MDL 0.27, and UAH – MDL 0.67.
