Moldovan PM meets Ukraine's special representative in Transnistrian settlement process

Chisinau, 12 June /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip today had a meeting with the special representative of Ukraine in the Transnistrian settlement process, Viktor Kryzhanovsky, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The officials exchanged opinions on the political situation in Moldova. The sides noted that the current political crisis had destabilizing potential for the security in the region.

Filip and Kryzhanovsky stressed the importance of maintaining the constitutional order and the rule of law in Moldova, highlighting that the solutions to the present blockage can be found only through dialogue between the political forces at the table of negotiations.
