European single currency depreciates against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 14 June /MOLDPRES/ – At the beginning of upcoming week, the European single currency (EUR) cheapens by MDL 0.05 against the Moldovan leu (MDL) down to the cost of MDL 20.47 for €1.

According to the National Bank of Moldova (BNM), on 17 June, the U.S. dollar (USD) preserves its value of MDL 18.18 for $1.

Also, the Romanian leu (RON) cheapens with MDL 0.01 down to the value of MDL 04.33.

Early next week, the value of the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) remains unchanged – MDL 0.68. The same trend is for the Russian rouble (RUB) – MDL 0.28.
