Moldova's constitutional court revises, cancels more decisions adopted on 07 – 09 June 2019

Chisinau, 15 June /MOLDPRES/ – The judges of the Constitutional Court (CC) have decided on Saturday, 15 June, by default, to review documents issued on 07 – 09 June 2019.
As a review result, the decision of CC №83 of 07 June 2019, Judgment of CC №13 of 08 June 2019, Judgment of CC № 14 of 08 June 2019, Judgment of CC №15 of 08 June 2019, Opinion of CC №01 of 09 June 2019 and Opinion of CC №02 of 09 June 2019.
According to CC, "at the base of cancellation was the real situation in Moldova, especially the announcement of transfer of power to Government of Prime Minister, Maia Sandu, and of coalition formed in the Parliament of Moldova".
"The judgment of Court of 15 June 2019 is intended to be a source of social peace, maintenance of the rule of law, democracy and guarantee of an adequate framework for protection of human rights by combating a far – reaching political instability" also specifies the decision of the High Court.
The CC has also said that "by annulment of the acts of Court of 07 – 09 June, the Parliament led by Zinaida Greceanii acquires, ope constitutionis, the status of constitutional Parliament, being revived the normative acts adopted by it so far, as well as the acts adopted by the Government of Moldova led by Maia Sandu".
The ruling of CC is final, can not be subject to any appeal, shall enter into force upon adoption and it shall be published in the Official Journal of Moldova.
