Moldovan PM introduces new minister of domestic affairs

Chisinau, 15 June /MOLDPRES/ – Prime Minister, Maia Sandu, has introduced the new Minister of Internal Affairs, Andrei Nastase, on Saturday, 15 June. The event took place during a meeting with employees of the General Police Inspectorate (IGP).
At similar meeting, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Andrei Nastase, has presented the acting head of the National Police, Gheorghe Balan. The Minister has noted that the police holds an important liability, namely to guarantee the safety of each citizen. Andrei Nastase has wished the acting chief of police to be successful in his professional activity, noting that he relies on his responsibility and professionalism.
Gheorghe Balan is 50 years old and he is licenced in law. He worked as a judge.
