IGSU to receive seven units of equipment from Austria

Chisinau, 18 June /MOLDPRES/- Austrian volunteer firemen donated seven units of technology to Moldovan colleagues.
The cars were donated at a ceremony organized at the IGSU headquarters. Attending the event was IGSU chief Mihail Harabagiu and representative of volunteer firemen Hans Kohler.
IGSU received five intervention vehicles with different modules, such as water pumping, unlocking, height works, transporting people and a vehicle of staff. Two other fire-fighting vehicles were offered to the local public authorities in Sarata Veche, Falesti district, and Bobeica town, Hanceşti, where there are voluntary rescue posts.
Over the past seven years, Austrian volunteer firemen donated 45 units to Moldovan colleagues.
