Moldovan official journal roundup for 21 June

Chisinau, 20 June /MOLDPRES/- Law amending the Law No134/2008 on State Protection and Guard Service will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova tomorrow.

Under the new amendments to the legislation, the service will be subordinated to the President of Moldova who shall be entitled to appoint director and deputy head of the institution.

Structure and staff limit of SPPS will be set by presidential decree. The head of state will provide special grades for leadership and employees of SPPS.
