Three persons hospitalized after grenade explodes in block of flats in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 20 June /MOLDPRES/ - Three young persons have been hospitalized for medical care in the wake of an explosion which took place in a flat on the C. Negruzzi blvd from Chisinau.

The press officer of the Moldovan capital’s police, Natalia Stati, told MOLDPRES that the incident had been registered on 18 June at about 1:00 am. All special services immediately moved on the spot, in order to establish the circumstances. After arriving at the scene of the incident, policemen found out that a blast had taken place in the kitchen of an apartment where four young people were living.

Three young persons needed care in the wake of the explosion and were carried to hospital. A criminal file was opened on this case and experts are to give their opinions on the cause of the blast.
