Chisinau, 21 June /MOLDPRES/- The decision on setting up the Investigation Commission to elucidate all circumstances of the robbing the banking system in Moldova and bank fraud investigation was published in the Official Journal of Moldova.

According to the decision issued by the parliament, the commission of inquiry will have access to all documents related to bank fraud and the Kroll 2 report. The committee will include nine MPs: three representing the PSRM faction - Vladimir Golovatiuc, Vladimir Ţurcan and Adrian Lebedinschi, 3 – ACUM bloc- Alexandr Slusari, Dumitru Alaiba AND Lilian Carp and three other representatives will be from Democrats.

The commission will involve all responsible authorities in its activity, will hear the parties and persons and will submit to parliament a report on elucidation of facts and legal circumstances on robbing the Moldovan banking system and bank fraud investigation.

The decision entered into force upon adoption.
