Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/- The regulation on connection to electricity grids and electricity transmission and distribution services was published in the Official Journal of Moldova today.

The regulation sees the stages, procedures, deadlines and conditions for connection to electricity grids and conditions to stop the provision of transmission or distribution services.

According to the document, any private people or legal entity is entitled to request the connection of the installation to the transmission or distribution system operator, operating within the territory authorized by license. For this, the applicant must submit an application and conclude a connection contract. The expenses are borne by the applicant.

Also the Regulation on electricity supply was published in the Official Journal of Moldova today.
