Moldovan leu appreciates against euro, U.S. dollar

Chisinau, 02 July /MOLDPRES/ – The Moldovan leu (MDL) appreciates on Wednesday, 03 July, against the European single currency (EUR) and U.S. dollar (USD), according to the official exchange rates of the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).

Thus, the cost of USD cheapens by MDL 0.04, down to the level of MDL 18.04 for $1. The value of EUR costs MDL 20.39 for €1, by MDL 0.10 less than today.

The Romanian leu (RON) depreciates by MDL 0.03 down to an official price of MDL 04.30 for RON1. The Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) cheapens with MDL 0.01 on 03 July down to the value of MDL 0.68 for UAH1.

The Russian rouble (RUB) still preserves its price of MDL 0.28 for RUB1.
