Visit of Moldovan delegation to Romania continues with meetings at parliament, leaders of political parties

Chisinau, 03 July /MOLDPRES/ – The official visit of Prime Minister, Maia Sandu, to Romania continued on Tuesday, 02 July, by a meeting with Romanian PM, Calin Popescu Tariceanu, and head of the Chamber of MPs, Ion – Marcel Ciolacu, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.
The representatives of Chisinau delegation expressed the hope that it would be set a parliamentary platform as to promote the interests of citizens of Romania and Moldova. PM Maia Sandu stressed the need for constant and disinterested support from Romanian authorities for citizens of Moldova.
The talks of the Moldovan delegation continued with head of PNL, Ludovic Orban, and head of USR, Dan Barna. PNL and USR assured that they would continue to be friends of Moldova in Romanian Parliament and in European Parliament and promote the interests of Moldovan citizens and pro – European agenda of the Government in Chisinau.
There also took part in the delegation of Moldova: deputy PM, Minister of Internal Affairs, Andrei Nastase, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Nicu Popescu, MPs Iurie Renita, Sergiu Litvinenco, Ion Ceban and adviser of PM, Vlad Kulminski.
PM Maia Sandu pays the next official visit to Brussels today, where she will meet the senior European officials.
