Weather to cool on next period, rains expected in northern, central Moldova

Chisinau, 5 July /MOLDPRES/ - The air temperatures are to drop on the days to come; yet, the rainy and unstable weather will maintain, especially in the northern and central Moldova, according to the State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS).
Meteorologists said that maximal air temperatures between +25 and +28 Celsius during the day and between +15 and +17 degrees at night were forecast till 7 July. On next Sunday, the air temperatures will increase up to +33 degrees; yet, on 8 July, the weather is to cool by about 10 degrees. This tendency is expected to maintain in the first half of the next week.
Although the weather is cooling a bit, rains are forecast as well, with more precipitation expected in the northern and central regions. Thus, on the next days, these regions will be characterized by unstable atmospheric conditions and thunderstorm rains.
The next period is preceding the holiday of the Saint Apostles Peter and Paul, marked by the old-style Orthodox Christians on 12 July.
