Moldovan PM has meeting with German official

Chisinau, 09 July /MOLDPRES/ – Prime Minister, Maia Sandu, had a meeting with Jürgen Hardt, the CDU/CSU Group spokesman and foreign policy expert, on Monday, 08 July, the government's communication and protocol drpartment has reported.

The officials exchanged views on political developments in Moldova. During the meeting, the PM appreciated the continued support offered to Moldova by German authorities and reiterated the intention of the Government in Chisinau to improve bilateral relations with the European partners. Maia Sandu assured that the main tasks of Executive remain the fight against corruption, strengthening state institutions and improving the quality of lives of citizens in general.

At his turn, Jürgen Hardt, noted positive developments in Moldova and confirmed the willingness of German authorities to continue to provide support and technical assistance to Moldova in the implementation of long – lasting real reforms.
