Additional BAC exams' session starts in Moldova

Chisinau, 15 July /MOLDPRES/ – A total of 3,339 pupils will attend the additional BAC session, which has begun on Monday, 15 July, and ends on Friday, 19 July. The exams will be taken in 14 centres set in Chisinau, Balti, Edinet, Cahul and Comrat.

The first test is that of the Romanian language and literature for non – native speakers. It is taken today by 170 candidates. The training language test is on Tuesday, 16 July, with 488 candidates admitted. On 17 July, it is held the foreign language test, which will be taken by 1,081 candidates. The most candidates – 2,267 ones – have enrolled at profile discipline, which is held on 18 July. The last test – at the request discipline – is held on 19 July by 301 candidates.

The additional Bac session involves candidates which received insufficient marks at basic session or for various reasons were absent at some exams.

The results of additional session will be displayed in BAC centres on 24 July 2019. The candidates which disagree with given marks will be able to file appeals within 48 hours after the display of results.

The rate of promotion of basic session of BAC exams in 2019 is 68.77 per cent.
