General inspectorate for emergency situations of Moldova receives 02 new intervention vehicles

Chisinau, 17 July /MOLDPRES/ – The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) has received two new intervention vehicles. The special cars will be used to save human lives and help in exceptional situations.
The cars have been sent from the General Inspectorate of Carabineri (IGC).
The head of IGSU, Mihail Harabagiu, has said that the units will complete the intervention stock of firefighters and rescuers, being used to prevent and liquidate the risk situations.
The vehicles will be able to intervene to unlock the tracks in case of bad weather, dragging vehicles in difficulty and intervening in fires.
The cars will be distributed to IGSU subdivisions of Causeni and Soroca.
