Agricultural producers of Moldova, Romania to be able to establish partnerships within campaign DAR

Chisinau, 18 July /MOLDPRES/ – The Association of Moldovan Businessmen Abroad (AOAMP), in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment of Moldova (MADRM) and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Romania (MADRR), organises the National Campaign of the Regional Development Dialogue – Regional Agricultural Dialogue (DAR) within project The partnership for sustainable development of the rural environment of Romania and Moldova.

According to organisers, on 23 July – 09 August 2019, within 11 regional activities, it will be addressed the challenges and opportunities of the Moldovan agrifood sector, with presentation of experience of Romania and expertise in the development of the sector and agricultural entrepreneurial environment.

The planned activities aim to facilitate the transfer of know – how and the creation of links for private public partnerships as well as among the agricultural entrepreneurs in the two neighbouring states to capitalise on investment opportunities in agriculture.

According to AOAMP, there can be brought specific sectoral agricultural realities into public – private dialogue – associative only with encouragement and support of agricultural entrepreneurs, and participation of public authorities and institutions, as well as of national and foreign partners.

The launching of DAR campaign will take place on 23 July, in Cahul, within District Council (CR). The other two meetings will be held on 24 July – in Cimislia district and on 25 July – in Causeni district.

The campaign is to be launched in the south of Moldova, by three sessions being attended by agricultural entrepreneurs, mayors and interested persons from districts Cahul, Vulcanesti, Cantemir, Taraclia, Leova, Cimislia, Basarabeasca, Stefan Voda, Causeni. Subsequently, until 09 August, the campania will reach some other regions of Moldova.
