Term of entrepreneur licence to be extended in Moldova till 2022

Chisinau, 19 July /MOLDPRES/ - The term of entrepreneur licence for the retail trade has been extended till 31 December 2022. The parliament approved a draft law to this effect by unanimous vote of the MPs present at the meeting in the first reading today.
Under the document, the entrepreneur licence for the retail trade at booths, counters, stands, stalls, pavilions and vehicles will be extended till 31 December 2020.
The new amendments refer to the commerce with native food products and perishable goods, on condition that the sanitary and epidemiological requirements concerning their depositing, preservation and sale are observed.
The document is to be adopted by the parliament in the second reading and will enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal.
The term of the entrepreneur licence has been earlier prolonged more times.
Statistics data shows that more than 9,000 entrepreneur licences are presently valid in the retail trade.
