Moldovan leu appreciates against euro, U.S. dollar

Chisinau, 19 July /MOLDPRES/ – The National Bank of Moldova (BNM) has set an official exchange rate for Moldovan leu (MDL) against the cost of European single currency (EUR) of MDL 19.74 for €1, for Monday, 22 July, by MDL 0.01 less than today.

Also, the cost of U.S. dollar (USD) cheapens by MDL 0.04 down to the value of MDL 17.57 for $1.

As for the Romanian leu (RON), the BNM has established a currency exchange rate similar to that registered today of MDL 04.17 for L1.

There remain unchanged the value of Russian rouble (RUB), which is quoted at MDL 0.27 for ₽1, while the cost of Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) preserves its price of MDL 0.67 for ₴1.
