Head of legislature hands over diplomas of Moldovan parliament

Chisinau, 24 July /MOLDPRES/ –Speaker of Parliament, Zinaida Greceanii, has handed over on Tuesday, 23 July, the diplomas of the Parliament of Moldova to four young persons who achieved remarkable results at the World Universiade 2019 held in Naples, Italy, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.
Zinaida Greceanii congratulated them on the successes and stated that Moldova should be proud of such persons which promote internationally the image of Moldova.
The diplomas of degree I were awarded to 24-year-old Adrian Mardare, who won the gold medal at the athletics, spear and a 20-year-old sportsman Denis Vieru, who won the gold medal at judo. The second degree diplomas were awarded to Dorin Gotonoaga, who won the bronze medal in category of 81 kg, judo, and bronze medal, taekwondo, Ana Ciuchitu, category of 67 kg.
Also, the SP thanked coaches Valeriu Lungu, Veaceslav Bacal, Mihai and Ilie Buiuc and Vladislav Mazur.
