Moldovan government sets up commission to analise monopoly on export of nuts

Chisinau, 25 July /MOLDPRES/ – The Government has decided to set up an intergovernmental commission to analise the monopoly on export of nuts. The provision on it is to be published on Friday, 26 July, in the Official Journal (MO).
According to document, the Commission has been set up to clarify aspects of legality of limiting access for economic operators to export of nuts.
The commission will include representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure (MEI), Ministry of Finance (MF), Customs Service (SV), State Tax Service (SFS), Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment (MADRM), Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI), Ministry of Justice (MJ), National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA), the Parliamentary commission on agriculture and food industry (CPAIA), Competition Council (CC), Association of Nut Producers (APN) and Association of Nut Exporters (AEN).
The members of commission will identify the monopoly causes on export of nuts and propose solutions for demonopolisation, submitting to Government proposals for the liberalisation of the export of nuts and their derivatives.
