Moldovan parliament announces contest for acting general prosecutor of Moldova

Chisinau, 27 July /MOLDPRES/ – Following the goal to achieve provisions of Article 11 paragraph (22) of Law №03/2016 on the Prosecutor's Office, the Parliament of Moldova invites the persons concerned to submit their files for identification of a candidate for acting General Prosecutor of Moldova by Parliament, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.

In order to be eligible as acting General Prosecutor, the person must meet the conditions laid down in Article 17 paragraph (1) of Law №03/2016 on the Prosecutor's Office.

The file shall include the letter of motivation, CV and a statement on own responsibility that the person fulfills the terms set out in Article 17 paragraph (1) letter d) and art. 20 para. (1) let. g) and h) of Law №03/2016 on Prosecutor's Office.
