Moldovan pupils receive bronze medals at International Olympiad in Chemistry

Chisinau, 30 July /MOLDPRES/ - Pupils from Moldova got two bronze medals and a mention of honour at the International Olympiad in Chemistry, held in Paris on 21-30 July, 2019.
According to the Education, Culture and Research Ministry, Victor Baerle from the Princess Natalia Dadiani theoretical lyceum of Chisinau and a pupil from the Chisinau-based Aristotel republican theoretical lyceum, Victor Crasco, received bronze medals. At the same time, the mention of honour went to Adelina Andrei from the Orizont theoretical lyceum of Moldova’s capital.
At the contest, Moldova was represented by four pupils and two teachers.
As many as 309 pupils from 80 countries participated in the 2019 issue of the International Olympiad in Chemistry.
