Rescuers to set up anti-heat tents in Chisinau

Chisinau, 12 August /MOLDPRES/- The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of MAI / IGSU / will reinstall the anti-heat tents on 12 August. They will be arranged in five sectors of Chisinau municipality and in some district centers.

According to the IGSU data, the rehabilitation points will be set up near the Central Market, at the intersection of Kiev street and Moscow Boulevard, on Ginta Latina Street No11, Calea Iesilor street No3 and Dacia Boulevard.

The anti-heat tents will work on weekdays between 11:00-18:00. Here, people can drink water and protect themselves from the high temperatures.

The decision to set up the rehabilitation points was made with the launch of the yellow code of heat for August 11-14, when the maximum air temperature will reach + 33 +36 degrees Celsius.

According to IGSU statistics, since the beginning of the summer season, more than 81 thousand people have benefited from assistance to the anti-heat tents.
