Intensive traffic recorded at crossing point of south – eastern Moldova

Chisinau, 12 August /MOLDPRES/ – It is recorded an intensive traffic at the Palanca border crossing point. More specifically, on the direction of entry in Moldova there is a bigger number of travellers and vehicles.

The Border Police (PF) has announced in the afternoon of today that the crossing point activates at full capacity, with all the control lanes being opened, and it has been supplemented the number of PF employees.

Also, in the context of high temperatures, it has been installed an anti – heat tent on the territory of the crossing point, where guests are invited to a glass of cold water, but also provided with medical assistance if needed.

At the same time, the travellers receive cross – border brochures with the tourist offer and a tourist map of Moldova, which includes 20 of the most relevant tourist destinations in it.

According to PF's data, at more border crossing points the flow of means of transport has increased recently, and due to it, in certain hours of the day, it has increased the waiting time.
