New judges of constitutional court take oath in Moldova

Chisinau, 16 August /MOLDPRES/ – The 06 magistrates appointed to the Constitutional Court (CC) by Parliament, Government and Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) have taken the oath in the meeting of legislature, on Friday, 16 August.
Thus, the Parliament has appointed Vladimir Turcan and Domnica Manole, as judges of CC.
The Government has appointed Liuba Sova and Nicolae Rosca, as judges of CC, and CSM – Serghei Turcan and Eduard Ababii.
The new judges of CC have taken the oath in front of Parliament, President of Moldova and CSM.
The CC is composed of 06 judges, appointed for a term of 06 years. Two judges are appointed by Parliament, two by Government and two by CSM.
