U.S. dollar appreciates by MDL 0.10 against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 20 August /MOLDPRES/ – The National Bank of Moldova (BNM) has set for Wednesday, 21 August, an official exchange rate of U.S. dollar against Moldovan leu (MDL) of MDL 17.71 for $1, by MDL 0.10 more than today.

Also, the cost of European single currency (EUR) is MDL 19.63 for €1, in ascension with MDL 0.07. The value of Romanian leu (RON) adds MDL 0.02 up to an official price of MDL 04.15 for L1.

As for the cost of Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), the BNM has set a currency exchange rate similar to the one of today – MDL 0.70 for ₴1. Also, the value of Russian rouble (RUB) keeps unchanged its value of MDL 0.26 for ₽1.

The official exchange rate represents the price of MDL against the currencies of foreign states.
