Moldovan foreign minister on working visit to Germany

Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/- Continuing the high-level Moldovan-German dialogue, strengthening bilateral relations in several areas, as well as ensuring Germany's support for the European path of the Republic of Moldova will be the issues approached during a working visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Nicu Popescu in Berlin on 15-17 September.

According to the MAEIE’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media relations service, Popescu will hold talks with his German counterpart Heiko Maas and other officials of the Bundestag, the Federal Chancellery, the Office of the Federal President and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

The agenda also includes a public speech by the head of the Moldovan diplomacy at the German Foreign Policy Association on the democratic reforms initiated by the Moldovan government and the EU’s role in their successful implementation.
