Two Moldovan lawmakers stripped off immunity

Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/ – Two MPs from the Shor party have been left without immunity.
The Parliament has approved, on Monday, 16 September, the request of acting General Prosecutor, Dumitru Robu, to lift parliamentary immunity of MPs Marina Tauber and Reghina Apostolova.
After several hours of discussions, MPs responded to the request of the General Prosecutor's Office (PG) to retain, arrest, search and prosecute the two MPs.
According to the request of acting General Prosecutor, a month ago, MP Ilan Shor was also left without parliamentary immunity, following a request made by acting General Prosecutor.
