Managers of dwelling houses urged to prepare engineering system for heating season

Chisinau, 19 September /MOLDPRES/- Managers of dwelling houses and administrators of buildings, who failed to prepare engineering system inside the building for heating season, are urged to carry out the respective works as soon as possible. The warning was made by Termoelectrica company in the context of the beginning of the cold season.

The main tasks to be performed by the managers are the hydropneumatic washing and the pressure testing of the heating systems. These works are recommended to avoid the technical problems related to the non-qualitative delivery of the thermal energy inside the block, during the cold period of the year.

According to Termoelectrica company, all buildings connected to the central heating system can be connected to the heating services without waiting for an official decision of the authorities to start the heating season. This decision is usually issued by the city hall for budgetary institutions.

The process of connecting the block heat takes 3 hours. This requires an official request from the administrator, made following the prior consultation of the inhabitants of the block.
