Traders can benefit from blue clearance facilities

Chisinau, 24 October /MOLDPRES/- Economic agents involved in international trade may benefit from simplified customs procedures. This is possible when starting from 1 October, the Customs Service applies the blue customs clearance, allowing the release without documentary and physical checks.

The procedure is used in the case of economic transactions that are not associated with major fiscal risks and do not require the physical control of the goods. The statements selected on the blue corridor are automatically validated, which are subject to further verification.

Selecting the customs declarations on the blue corridor allows the economic agents to dispose of the goods immediately, which gives them a number of advantages, such as not including the stationary costs, reducing the customs clearance time, reducing the risks of exceeding the terms of delivery of the goods.

So far, customs declarations were distributed, based on risk analysis, on three customs colors: green - uncontrolled, yellow - documentary control and red - documentary and physical control of goods.
