Open Doors Day at Moldovan parliament

Chisinau, 28 October /MOLDPRES/- The Moldovan parliament is holding today the Open Doors Day, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.

In the first part of the day, a workshop was organized to debate a draft law in plenary session of the parliament, in partnership with students and teachers of Alexei Mateevici college.

As an example, the draft amendment and supplement of Article23 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova, which stipulates that public hearings should be broadcast online (live) on the courts’ portal.

The debates ended with the voting procedure and the improvised adoption of the draft. The students have got certificates of participation that were awarded by Secretary General of Parliament Adrian Albu.

In the second half of Open Day, Parliament invites everyone to visit the parliament building. Guided tours are held every half hour, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., without prior registration, only on the basis of identity document.
