Moldovan parliament's standing bureau has new composition

Chisinau, 29 November /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament’s standing bureau has a new composition. A decision to this effect was adopted with the votes of the majority of the lawmakers today.
Thus, the new structure will have 15 members. The distribution of the members on behalf of the parliamentary factions was made based on the proportional representation of the factions in parliament; respectively, four positions were offered to the Party of Socialists (PSRM), three positions - to the Moldovan Democratic Party (PDM) and one position - to the Action and Solidarity Party ACUM bloc, faction ACUM Dignity and Truth Platform and Shor Party each. The parliament speaker and the deputy parliament speakers are members of the standing bureau ex-officio.
Vasile Bolea, Vladimir Golovatiuc, Corneliu Furculita, Adela Raileanu were appointed members of the standing bureau on behalf of PSRM; Dumitru Diacov, Pavel Filip and Serghei Sirbu – on behalf of PDM. The ACUM bloc will be represented by Igor Grosu and Maria Ciobanu and the Shor Party – by lawmaker Denis Ulanov.
Under the parliament’s regulation, the numerical and nominal composition of the standing bureau is established according to a parliament decision, at a proposal by the parliamentary factions. The bureau members are appointed under decisions by the factions, depending on the number of seats they have to hold.
