Moldovan top leadership starts winter holidays

Chisinau, 2 December /MOLDPRES/- President Igor Dodon first launched on Sunday, December 1, the winter holidays with the Parliament, the Government, the Chisinau City Hall and other city halls in the country, the presidential press service has reported.
Together with the inhabitants of the village Coșnița and the administration of the Dubasari district, the head of state lit the Christmas tree lights set up in this locality.
At the same time, the celebration trees were inaugurated in several localities of the Republic of Moldova: in Briceni - with the participation of Speaker Zinaida Grecianîi, in Soroca - Prime Minister Ion Chicu, in Comrat – governor of Gagauzia Irina Vlah. And in the capital, in the Great National Assembly Square, together with mayor general Ion Ceban, the lights on the main Tree of the country were lit.
The ceremony of the inauguration of Christmas trees from the five localities was transmitted live on the screens installed in the PMAN, and on the national TV channel Moldova 1, so that the whole people can feel the unity of the country and the top leadership.
The head of state wished citizens happy winter holidays. Igor Dodon reiterated that the leadership of the Republic of Moldova is acting promptly and consolidated so that our country will start 2020 with new social policies oriented to the good of the citizens and with actions aimed at developing the national economy.
