Individuals can pay taxes, fees online throughout single call centre in Moldova

Chisinau, 19 December /MOLDPRES/ – The citizens who need technical support in the process of using the new electronic service: Online payment of taxes and fees by individuals can request it by calling the single call centre (CUA) 080001525 of the State Tax Service (SFS), service centre by operators of the Directorate of support of customers (DAC) of the Centre of Info Technology in Finance (CTIF).
The CTIF press service has specified that the new electronic service, launched by SFS at the beginning of December and administered by CTIF, offers taxpayers the possibility to pay, with a single payment note, all taxes, fees, but also fines that they have throughout Governmental electronic payments service MPay. The service can be accessed on the official website of SFS www.sfs.md or on portal www.servicii.fisc.md under the heading – "online payment of taxes and fees administered by SFS".
The respective service is accessible both for individuals connected to the electronic tax services and for the persons who do not have the respective authorisation. The unauthorised persons will enter their IDNP and access the "Authorisation" button. Subsequently, they indicate the tax, tariff or fine code and manually enter the amount for payment. After saving the data, the payment will be made by accessing "Pay" button. In case of accessing the mentioned service by the persons connected to the electronic tax services, the system automatically shows them the outstanding payments.
The individuals wishing to benefit from access to electronic tax services will be authenticated on portals www.raportare.gov.md or www.servicii.fisc.md through the Government service of authentication and control of MPass access with the help of digital signature obtained beforehand, after which the system will automatically create their user accounts.
The CUA operates daily, on Monday – Friday, at 08:00 – 17:00. There are free calls to 080001525 and they can be made by interested individuals from any locality of Moldova from any landline or mobile phone.
