Two Moldovan judges dismissed from office

Chisinau, 19 December /MOLDPRES/ - Ion Druta has been dismissed from the office of judge and president of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ). At the same time, Oleg Sternioala remained without the position of judge and deputy head of the CSJ civil, commercial and administrative disputed matters college. The parliament approved drafts to this effect at a meeting today.
Both magistrates were dismissed from the office held based on the applications on resignation submitted, at a proposal by the Plenum of the Superior Council of Magistrates.
The draft decisions were adopted unanimously.
