Public Property Agency of Moldova returns to government's subordination

Chisinau, 20 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Public Property Agency (APP) returns to the government’s subordination. The lawmakers today made amendments to the law on administration and de-nationalization of the public property.  

The draft was backed with the votes of 55 MPs and provides for the exclusion of the text “subordinated to the Economics and Infrastructure Ministry” from the Article 2 and 7 of the law.

According to the draft’s authors, the change was made including proceeding from the huge competences and responsibilities this institution has at present.
