Chisinau waste to be discharged at Tantareni polygon

Chisinau, 3 January /MOLDPRES/- The waste from the capital will be evacuated in this year to the polygon in the village of Ţânțăreni. Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban made the statement today.

According to Ceban, local councilors from Ţânțăreni village (Anenii Noi district) decided yesterday, late night, to extend the garbage disposal contract until 31 December 2020. In the morning the contract was signed by the parties.

"We have some commitments that were not met by the previous governments, we will fulfill them because we have a duty to make the city clean, and the residents of Ţânțăreni be sure that we are reliable partners. " said Ceban.

The contract for garbage disposal at the pit from Ţânțăreni expired on the last day of last year.
