Moldovan parliament's spring session to start on 3 February

Chisinau, 20 January /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament’s 2020 ordinary spring session will start on 3 February. Parliament Speaker Zinaida Grecianii has signed an instruction to this effect, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.    

The date of the first plenary meeting is to be set by the Standing Bureau, after the draft agenda is prepared.  

According to the parliament’s regulation, the legislative body convenes at two ordinary sessions per year. The spring session begins in February and cannot exceed the end of July. The autumn session starts in September and cannot exceed the end of December.
