Moldovan parliament speaker has meeting with director general of National Agency for Settlement of Claims

Chisinau, 24 January /MOLDPRES/ - The needs of adjusting the normative framework for ensuring correct and transparent public procurements were tackled at a today’s meeting between parliament Speaker Zinaida Greceanii and Director General of the National Agency for Settlement of Claims (ANSC) Anatolie Zagorodnii, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.  

The parliament speaker stressed the need to find solutions to protect the native producers, though reducing the share of claims which artificially procrastinate the procurements, as well as enhancing the degree of transparency of the public procurements’ process. 
 
Data unveiled by Anatolie Zagorodnii shows that procedures of almost a half of the sum of the procurements for 2019 were contested. Most claims were submitted to the procurements of assets, pharmaceutical products, IT and services.   
 
Before the parliament spring session, the speaker holds meetings with representatives of the institutions which report to parliament, in order to identify the problems and priorities for medium term.
