Chisinau, 29 January /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet of ministers, at a today’s meeting, appointed Ghenadie Tepordei as director general of the Public Property Agency (APP). He will start working in this office as of 30 January. At the same meeting, the cabinet members approved the dismissal of the former APP chief, Mihai Rusu.
The cabinet also approved an application on resignation, starting from today, by the head of the General Police Inspectorate (IGP), Alexandru Pinzari, after the Chisinau Court from the Rascani district of the capital on 27 January had issued a decision, thereby obliging the Moldovan government to re-establish Alexandru Pinzari in the office of IGP head, who was dismissed in last summer, after the alliance between the Party of Socialists and ACUM had taken over the governance.
At the same time, the court ordered the payment of the salary and the salary rights for the forcible absence from the working place since the date of illegal dismissal from position till the date of re-establishment to office.
