Hungarian foreign minister to visit Moldova

Chisinau, 31 January /MOLDPRES/- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó will pay a working visit to Moldova on 4 February.
According to the MAEIE press service, during the visit, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Aureliu Ciocoi and Hungarian official will discuss ways to boost the Moldovan-Hungarian relations in various areas of mutual interest, cooperation on the multilateral dimension, as well as issues on regional and international developments. Péter Szijjártó will also have meetings with President Igor Dodon, Speaker Zinaida Greceanii, Prime Minister Ion Chicu and Minister of Economy and Infrastructure Anatol Usatîi.
51 enterprises with Hungarian capital are operating in Moldova, the investments totaling 68,194 million lei. According to the trade volume, Hungary ranks 14th among the partner countries worldwide with which our country has trade relations, with a share of 1.45% in total trade of the Republic of Moldova.
