Moldovan government to unveil report in parliament

Chisinau, 3 February /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Ion Chicu and the entire cabinet will present an activity report in parliament in February. The premier made the statement today after a working meeting with President Igor Dodon and Speaker Zinaida Greceanii.
According to the official, the 100 days of government activity will be on 22 February. "At the first plenary sessions, the MPs will decide when they will get us with a report ," Chicu said.
He noted that after the report there could be reshuffles, including among ministers.
Also, he announced that soon the draft law on return to the capping procedure by the National Agency for Energy Regulation of fuel prices will be completed. He added that currently the law regulates the profitability of oil companies, but there are no levers to verify the costs.
Since March 2019, according to the latest amendments to the legislation, ANRE has been excluded from the process of regulating fuel prices.
