Pupils from high school forms to be nourished for free in Moldova

Chisinau, 5 February /MOLDPRES/ - The pupils from the 1-9th forms will be nourished for free from budgetary sources. The initiative belongs to President Igor Dodon. At a programme on the public TV channel, Dodon informed that most products used in pupils’ nourishment would be from Moldova.

The president noted that, till the end of this week, the government would make needed calculations for the implementation of the presidential initiative.

The head of state specified that, at present, the children from the 1-4th forms were eating free of charge in schools and this project must be and would be extended for the high school pupils as well.

The Moldovan president also said that mostly native products should be purchased for the nourishment of pupils in schools.
