MPs amended law on price, sale-purchase of land

Chisinau, 6 February /MOLDPRES/- Today MPs approved in the second reading a draft law on completing Article 4 of the Law on price and sale-purchase of land.

According to the authors of the draft, the amendments are aimed at facilitating land consolidation through the development of the market and sale-purchase land transactions.

The sale-purchase shall be carried out at the request of the owner of the lands subject to consolidation, if the owner of the land is one and the same person, and provided that the technological processes of working the adjacent lands are not affected, as well as the access routes to other utilities.

Following the consolidation of farmland, a new project for territorial organization will be worked out, given the purpose of the consolidated land owner.
