Providers of medical, pharmaceutical services from Moldova to be obliged to publish spending made from National Health Insurances Company's funds

Chisinau, 6 February /MOLDPRES/ - The providers of medical and pharmaceutical services will be obliged to publish on their official webpages information on the distribution and expenses for the providing of medical and pharmaceutical services from the mandatory health insurance funds. The parliament approved a draft law to this effect today.
The draft’s authors represent a group of MPs of the faction of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) and the draft stipulates that all providers of medical services should publish the information on spending on a period of 15 working days. It is about the contracts on the providing of medical assistance, annexes to them and additional agreements, as well as the contracts on the release of medicines compensated from the mandatory health insurance funds, with the information on the payment of the sums compensated by the National Health Insurances Company (CNAM) for the previous year.
Also, they will publish the full decisions of the administrative board and public providers of medical and pharmaceutical services, annual reports on the volume of medical and pharmaceutical assistance provided for each spectrum and types of services contracted from CNAM for their provision.
Also today, the lawmakers adopted, in two readings, amendments to the Article 61 of the law on the civil servant with special status from the Interior Ministry. The draft law establishes the way of contesting of the administrative act on disciplinary sanctioning directly at the administrative court, without preliminary procedures.
