Calm weather, with no precipitation expected in Moldova in next week-end

Chisinau, 7 February /MOLDPRES/ - The end of this week will be with calm weather, moderate season air temperatures, tendencies of warming starting from 9 February, according to the State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS).

Meteorologists said that, on 8 February, the night-time air temperatures would drop to -13 Celsius degrees. During the day, the air temperatures will oscillate between -2 and +3 degrees.

Starting from 9 February, the air temperatures will increase by several degrees, both during the day and at night. Thus, on the last day of this week, the air temperature will decrease to -11 degrees at night and will rise to +5 degrees during the day.

The weekend will be preponderantly sunny, with no precipitation.

The warning as to the danger posed by the resumption of the formation of ice in rivers and water basins of Moldova, issued by SHS, remains in force till 12 February.
