Moldovan foreign minister to attend Munich Security Conference

Chisinau, 14 February /MOLDPRES/- Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Aureliu Ciocoi will participate on 14- 16 February 2020 within the Moldovan delegation led by President Igor Dodon in the 56th edition of Security Conference in Munich, the MAEIE’s press service has reported.
The event will bring together heads of state and government, as well as foreign and defense ministers from around the world, who will approach topical issues of international and regional security and defense, energy security and cyber security. Among the topics discussed this year is the development of the European Union, importance of the principle of multilateralism and global policy, problem of migration etc.
On the sidelines of the conference, the official will have a lot of bilateral meetings with counterparts from other states and representatives of regional organisations.
