Ukraine's ambassador agree to Moldova presents copies of accreditation letters

Chisinau, 18 February /MOLDPRES/ - The state secretary, Dumitru Socolan, today received Ambassador of Ukraine Marko Shevchenko, on the occasion of the presentation of the accreditation letters, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has reported.    

The officials tackled up-to-date subjects on the agenda of the Moldovan-Ukrainian relations and prospects for developing the cooperation between the two countries. In the context, the sides discussed actions planned for the next period, among which including a meeting of the inter-governmental commission for commercial and economic cooperation, a string of meetings at the level of experts on certain bilateral subjects, the dialogue on the line of the foreign affairs ministries, as well as the high-level contacts.   

The state secretary, Dumitru Socolan, wished the ambassador success in the exercising of his mandate and assured him of every support on behalf of the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry.
